I would imagine that you would see similar results on any job site. To contrast, when I search for CompTIA I will see pages and pages of results. That's it, out of all the companies in the world that post jobs on LinkedIn. Just to see for myself, I went and did a job search on LinkedIn for any job in the world with a "TestOut" keyword - I see two jobs where you'd be working for the TestOut company itself and one job asking for TestOut certs. I doubt you'd see anyone asking for TestOut. For networking, you are almost certain to see many of them asking for a CCNA. For example, for helpdesk jobs you may see some of them asking for A+. The value of a cert is in its demand by employers - to see what certs are in demand, look through your local job listings for the positions that you will be applying for, and see what certs are commonly asked for. I was just going to upvote Rotdhizon and move on, but I thought it might be helpful to go a little more in-depth.
